The interview process was speedy but the company is clearly disorganized from what I could see. During the third round interview, they gave me access to one of their ad accounts and had me parse through it and offer my thoughts and opinions on how it is run. The ad account was poorly set up, and the strategic direction was lacking. The account just happened to be in an industry where I have a wealth of experience. They clearly were only interested in getting free advice on how to improve one of their ad account and had no intention on hiring me for the role.
