I applied. Two days later an individual from Talent Acquisition contacted me to schedule a phone screening. While on the phone call, I was scheduled for a video interview with the hiring manager. Then, while on video with the hiring manager I was advised that I would be set up for a final interview with individuals I would be working cross functionally with. However, this unfortunately never happened. Instead, I was strung along for three additional weeks. Instructed that, “first round interviews were still being conducted” just to be told at the end of that three week mark that the interview process was completed and the position has been filled. So, a snap shot of the interview process with LUNA would be. First, phone screening (15 mins). Second, video interview with hiring manager (30-45 mins). Third, video (virtual onsite) interview with various individuals ( 90 mins). The pay range for this position is $20-$29 (hourly).
