The process of interview is long. In my case, a have 5 online interview which took roughly 6 months to complete. Initial interview with the Hr manger followed by the hiring manager, hiring manager and a senior manager (boss on the hiring manager). Manager and director of the design group and lastly hiring manager boss and VP of RnD.
