First interview is with the HR manager. He inquires about the experience that is written on the CV. It is pretty much the decision of the company to which they are doing business with. All the management team is conformed by Engineers,so they do have a pretty good Idea of what they need to know from you and could easily tell if someone is lying on their resume. Everything is over Phone or Skype. they had no need for a physical interview.
