Like most interviews it starts with a phone screen from the internal recruiter. After successfully passing the recruiter screen, it progressed to a phone interview with the hiring manager. Once past the first round of hiring manager, I then completed another phone interview with a peer. After all that I was brought in for an 4 hour onsite interview which consisted meeting with several more people including the hiring manager.
