It was pretty straight forward. Really, it was like every other interview I have had. There weren't any strange or off the wall questions, or anything that was really memorable that I enjoyed about it over other interviews. I interviewed with 3 people at the same time on the phone and then in person. They seem to know if they like you or not by your resume, the interview is more for personality and company culture fit I think.

Applied for 2 separate jobs about 3 months apart with separate CenturyLink departments. The initial phone interviews and face-to-face interviews process were organized and completed within 3 weeks from the original job applications. The interviews were very positive, however for both job openings they never called me back as promised and never responded to my follow up inquiries.
