Submitted my resume to a Manager I knew there. They sent me an aptitude test I took and passed. The scheduled and interview with myself and two other managers. It was pretty straight forward. No curve balls they just wanted to me to answer in STAR format. I had to have one final interview with the Director. It was straight forward as well. It was as generic of an interview as I've been on. Tell me about yourself, what your greatest strength, tell me about a time… you get my drift.

One call from an HR manager and then one 30 minute interview with two managers. The interview was not difficult. It was very basic interview questions and you actually feel like you might be giving these managers some sales strategies. After the 30 minutes of ho hum questions they walk you out.
