After the initial technical aptitude test,I was told to undergo communications test.in which 63 questions has to be completed in 18 minutes.This process is one of the worst method of rejecting a person with 9 +years of experience,who worked as SME in his earlier company.

they asked very basic but they didn't asked what suppose to be asked for L2 guy more over their intentions was to push the time and to ignore... I was really wondering since they arranged scheduled interview and they wasted time :-(
