Basic behavioral questions and a times computer aptitude test, follow up interview after that- I applied from out of state so did not have an in person interview, the recruiter was very helpful. I have heard recently that they are not very honest about the hours, be very direct about the hours, you will work weekends regardless of what they say. Also inquire how your hours will change once you get promoted to another product, i.e Prism, as this is a 24 hour availability product and you will have to bid on shifts.
