If you are a new hire you will have to pass a drug test, aptitude test, technical test, and background check. This isn’t the kind of job you can get without experience. You will need a technical degree or previous electronic communications experience. Once hired there is a couple months of training on proprietary services and equipment. The pay scale starts at 1 year and tops out at 5 years.

They will ask you to tell them about a time you went above and beyond. They will ask you to tell them about a time when you broke the rules. Then they will get to the technical part of the interview.
I was interviewed by two separate people and liked both of my interviewers they were both old time employs. They tested my personable and then my technical aptitude. Overall fine experience this was 6 years ago by the way.

Entrevista
This was a standard style of recruiting/Interviewing. Filled the app out, a few weeks later get a call from Recruiters for a 20 min drill on experience, and behavioral questions. This was followed up by a Face to Face interview which consisted of one manager and another one on a conference call listening in and questioning. One week and one day later I get a call back from recruiting with an offer and man o man do they take care of there people! This is a great career opportunity, I have been in the industry for about 10 years and this is the best starting pay I have ever seen, and that is all due to the Union, who represents you and makes sure you are taken care of.
