Smooth process for the whole interview. The two stage interview had a first round for an understanding of basic aptitude skill set of candidate and second video interview where general questions were asked
Kurze Selbstvorstellung mit Name, aktuellem Studiengang, Semester und Motivation. Interesse an Lufthansa, Fragen zur Unternehmenskultur, Teamstruktur, digitalen Tools. Fachliche Fragen zum Bereich Revenue Management. Vorstellung konkreter Aufgaben und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten im Praktikum.
Got rejected without feedback. Passed all digital assessment and came in the top 3, still rejected without feedback after a did a very short,general interview. Left confused. It is what it is.
