Interview Process at Luflox – My Experience Initial Screening – AI Interview The first step involves very minimal human interaction. They use an AI service called ScoreAI to conduct the interview. The AI asks technical questions related to the role. In my case, it focused on: NestJS GraphQL NodeJS Based on your responses, the AI likely scores your performance, and only top-scoring candidates move forward. Second Round – Human Interview If you pass the AI screening, you're invited to a 30-minute video call with a Luflox team member. This meeting is intended to: Share more details about Luflox as a company Discuss the role responsibilities Briefly go over your professional background Additional Notes from the Interview They evaluate your English proficiency during the call. You’re expected to use your own computer and will be asked for hardware specifications, including RAM. The meeting is recorded, and you must give consent for that. Post-Interview Experience After the call, I received no follow-up or further communication from Luflox. The process ended with complete silence, which felt unprofessional and disappointing.
