Awful experience. This is the third time I have gone through the questionnaire and spent a lot of my own (unpaid) time prepping only to be told: "We are a very remote-friendly company, but we aren't set up in [state] to do business/employ. Would you consider relocating?" Extremely unprofessional. Why are you wasting so much of my or anyone else's precious time going through the whole process before telling someone they aren't able to be brought on for location issues? Shame on me for trusting them enough to keep applying, thinking perhaps because the job is advertised as US-eligible (ZERO information on states that are not eligible), I should apply. Stop wasting everyone's time! At least have the foresight to enter states that are not eligible.

Asked a lot of weird questions. Interviewed with 6 people for something entry level, didn't feel necessary. A bunch of questions seemed too open ended, almost like they were hoping you would say something wrong.
