Lengthy interview process. Started with HR screening, then interview with manager, then three back to back panel interviews.
Before the panel interviews I was required to submit:
3-4 Professional references including a manager
MBTI Personality test results
College transcripts
Everyone was friendly and I like the company but the hiring process was a bit too much I felt. It's a lot more involved than for much larger organizations I've recently interviewed with in the same field.

Entrevista
The overall process was very quick and I was never left waiting and wondering which was nice. After applying online, the hiring manager contacted me for a brief phone screening. After that, they invited me in to the office for a series of quick group interviews with various people on the team and in the organization. The process was pretty standard and the questions were not too difficult. What struck me is how young everyone there is for people in leadership positions. It didn't look like anyone was over 30 and I'm certain there was no one over 35. During the interview process a couple of them mentioned the organization was still 'learning' and didn't have a lot of experience in what they were doing.
