Telephone interview with recruiter over a Skype call. Interviewer put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable before we started the interview. Questions were straight forward and no trick questions.

email application. Phone call. Return call discussion. Testing. Back ground check. Discussion. Salary review. In person one on one interview. Store walk through. Met with General Manager. An offer was made. I accepted. Started training them working very quickly after the offer was sealed and both parties agreed. Worked there for five years. Libya bought us two years into my tenure.
