The interview process consisted of a phone interview with an HR representative, another phone interview with the hiring manager and a full day interview with a number of representatives of the company and a panel interview.
The Round 1 interview was with the hiring manager and HR manager. Most of the questions were about experience and situational-based scenarios. After passing the first round, the Round 2 interview was scheduled with the director and HR manager. Most of the questions in this round were more about personality and experience.

It was a two step interview process. The interview began with hiring manager and HR staff. After about one plus week, was called back for another interview together with the sales director and the HR staff.
