Interview with the area manager on a back room. She will ask you questions in Spanish and you must answer in Spanish. Will ask you about availability and will explain the training. Training is held in Oxnard office.
The interview process was pretty easy. I walked in had to wait 30 min past my interview time. Once i was seen she asked maybe like 5 questions and told me i was hired.

Few Interviews with office manager and then regional after that they call your references and if all checks out they give you a call back with an offer or decline
Very easy you just need to take online test before being called in for interview. Follow up can take time not able to call back a direct number it transfers somewhere always.
