First I spoke with an HR person, than I was interviewed by an lead developer. He asked me about Java to find out my skills. Last I had to complete a pshichlogy test on a PC.

Terrible experience.. They first send me a privacy policy statement to accept, link is broken -> I email them about it -> no reply. Then I do the online test, they say I did not reach the required score (though I think I did quite well) -> I ask if they could give me more detailed feedback -> no reply. This is just disrespectful.
