First submit job request online form. When submitting job application you will fill out an online abilities checklist. The HR representative will call to set up interview with assistant manager along with HR representative if you are chosen. Mouth swab drug test will be completed if they want to hire you. A pass on a background check will allow you to get hired.
5 interview questions. Graded on STAR, and how well you don't fidget and how well you describe each question. How you look. And the qualities you may have to better the position

Easy and very quick. Offered the position on the spot. Almost seemed too easy to be honest. I wish it would’ve been more difficult. Interview was the shortest part, waiting for background and drug test too the longest.

Two managers, low key. Very comfortable and open. We basically sat together and discussed job and personal life and made connections. Probably one of the first interviews I didn’t feel like I was under a microscope or being judged about my personal life and the issues I’ve had.
