Initial was a scheduled, 1-person (Recruiter), ~30-minute phone prescreen to review experience and basic qualifications; included a couple 'how would you handle...' Next was an invitation to interview in a series of panel sessions.

Very standard interview process, the process consist of 1 30 minutes HR call, 1 30minutes HM call + 3 1 hour back to back loop interviews. The entire experience was much like a conversation.
