I am currently waitng for a response on my last interview but here is how it went so far....
Filled out application online, got a call the next day, came in the day after that and had two interviews back to back. One with the hiring manager, then zone manager.

When was a time where you gave a customer the wrong information, and how did you fix it.

Rather easy interview process. There were only a handful of questions that were pretty standard for a retail position. When the interview was scheduled, I was told it was one person, but ended up being another person conducting the interview, which wasn't a big deal, but when you go in to the place it's nice to ask for the correct person.

When was a time that you've gone above and beyond for a customer?
It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.
