-You apply online -If you're liked by the HR, then you'll come in for a face 2 face interview w/ the HR -If you're still liked by the HR then you'll do another interview w/ the hiring manager -If you're still liked by both of them you do another interview w/ both of them there -If your still liked by both of them, you'll sign the necessary papers and get the job.

The interview with Elena went well and I was hired by her but the store manager did not like that the person that phone interviewed me told me the starting pay range for the position. As someone that was already over qualified for this position I asked to be given the base but preferred to have the max of the salary range based on experience. JC the manager then proceeded to tell me that they had other people they needed to interview and they would get back to me after being told that I got the position...Now mind you this was the 3rd interview I had there. The online scheduling process for these interviews is inaccurate. My first interview I was set up with two people and neither of them were even on the schedule that day. I had to wait 40mins for them to find a manager that would be wiling to interview me. The second interview was the same way. Scheduled for 7am upon arriving they told me that the manager that I was to interview with was not there and did not come in till noon and asked me to come back..Thats the same person that told me I got the position at noon but then the store manager had me come back the following day. Based off of my discussion with the store manager I do not believe he was willing to start me at the base. I have yet to hear back from this manager like promised...
