3 interviews - HR Mngr, then ASM then Store Mngr.
To get to the initial interview was a long process of many weeks with weekly contact with HR to keep in front of him and to confirm certain time frame statements as well as changes to meeting times which mostly due to HR overloaded with another close by stores HR work temporarily. Still frustrating and misleading at times due to the delays.
So easy that you just need to be a normal person to get hired, they really just look for someone who can help out every customer and who can do a little bit of manual labor. you should be hired asap

The company has a very easy interview process and after a simple interview they offer a position almost right away. There is only one in person interview and usually a call back within a few days

Laid back, personality oriented questions and general questions about how you would act in situations. Also questions about experience and why you want the job. One on one with HR, maybe a manager.
