I was interviewed for a Distribution Management Trainee for Lowe's. They brought me in for an interview after an initial phone interview. It consisted of four managers asking me behavioral based questions for the first half hour. After that was complete, I took a tour of the facility and then took a personality test. After completing the personality test, I was interviewed again. The second interview was one on one. During, the second interview, one of the initial managers that interviewed me and told me that I had failed the personality test and they would continue looking at me as a candidate.
