The interview process is a little slow, but 100% worth it. Culture is super focused on and it should be celebrated. There was 6 or 7 interviews total, and all of them were super conversational. One thing that really stood out to me was the recruitment staff reached out to me between interviews to answer any questions and support through the process.. (not just set up the next interview)
