I had 4 steps to pass for this job.
I got the gob at the end but I think it’s really too much for this role.
The first step was an online interview (video interview with nobody. You have 10 secs to think about the answers) the second with HR and it was just to know me. Then I did a more specific interview always with the hr. My 4th interview was in the store with the team manager.
applied through online platform and then invited to do online Video Interview. Two set of comprehension like type of questions followed by a video recording interview to answer specific questions
Prepared thoroughly, executed confidently, and delivered what I believe was my strongest performance—yet I’ve heard nothing back from LV. An unexpected outcome, and honestly, quite intriguing and still no response.

Entrevista
I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.
