Two group interviews. The first interview is about 3 interviewers to 7-10 interviewees. In the first interview, they ask a lot of basic questions (IE: tell me about a time you went above and beyond, why do you want to work here, tell me about yourself). The second interview is about one interviewer to one interviewee. About 7 interviewers and 7 interviewees. The second interview is like speed dating. Lots of random questions. Be prepared to ask questions to these interviewees. At the end of the interview, they will ask 'why should we hire you?'.
