Interview was due to a referral. The interview was friendly and relaxed, with my resume and background being a good fit. Interviewed directly with the department manager. Interview was moderate in length.

Just asked general questions to verify my type of background and experience. Nothing tricky.
Interview process was very simple. Had a 15 minute conversation with the manager. They asked behavioral questions as well as scenario based questions. As long as you show that you’re passionate about sales and are willing to learn and grow they will most likely hire you
I was hired for a seasonal position. Interview was very easy. Got hired on the spot. I started working in shoes but then was moved to contemporary. Fun work environment. They provided food and occasionally had a DJ and hosted other events
