Entrevista
A very friendly chat with the Recruiter, followed by a more in-depth presentation of my work with a staff designer on the team. The people were very warm at every touchpoint, and I felt comfortable and heard. They were also very generous with providing feedback when I asked for it, and that has helped my interviews ever since.

I was contacted by email within a week of applying. I scheduled a 30 minute interview with the internal recruiter.
The interview started about 5 minutes late because the recruiter did not include a link to the video chat and I had to wait for another email with the link. During the call, I answered several general questions about my background and experience. The recruiter had a hard stop, so due to the delayed start I didn't have time to ask my own questions. As a result, I was given the option to email my questions after the interview and told I would hear back from her the next day.
I sent a thank you email with a few follow-up questions about Loom about an hour after completing the interview. I waited over two weeks and never received a response, so I sent a short, polite follow-up email. Still no response from Loom. I waited over a week and sent one more short email requesting a status update. Still nothing. It has now been over a month since my interview, and I have yet to receive any sort of response from Loom.
I understand if Loom decided not to move forward after the interview, but it is common curtesy to at least send an update email, particularly when you have committed to replying within a short timeframe. Ghosting a candidate and ignoring emails is unprofessional, and reflects poorly on Loom as a company.
