The interview went very well . Got an interview with the recruiter first , then with hiring manager . Questions were related to my previous experience and how fast I can learn new skills

The interview itself was pleasant — I met with two supervisors who were friendly and asked standard questions. My biggest issue was with Lonza's recruiting team and their lack of follow-up communication. After my onsite, I was explicitly told I'd hear back promptly but had to send three emails over three weeks to get a response. This happened across two additional positions I was contacted about as well — both times I was told I'd hear back by end of week and was ghosted. The recruiting team seems to have a real problem delivering rejections to candidates.
