After having submitted my application, I was called for a first call with the Lonza Recruiter. I passed to a second round that consisted in 30min phone call with the hiring manager and then I was invited to a third round with the hiring manager and a member of his team by teleconference where I was asked to prepare a presentation beyond a standard interview. However, the next step should have been to get feedback after 3weeks, and even when I sent two reminders, nobody has contacted me back after two months. No presence of professionalism and respect at all. I got disappointed and I marked Lonza as a not world-class company. BE AWARE!
