There were 2 interview sessions, that were fairly straightforward. Questions were fairly standard for both retail and music, the first interview focusing on your previous work history and a brief rundown of the culture of Long & McQuade, and the second interview focusing more on the practical scenarios and the day-to-day operations. During the first interview, was immediately contacted for the second interview no less than an hour after leaving the building, so both interviews occurred within the same week. Was informed about the results of the hiring process about 3-4 weeks after the second interview, which was explained by the hiring managers in advance.

Really friendly people and always two people conducting the interview, more of a friendly group setting but professional. Very good culture and focused on customer engagement and service. Very nice place to work
