Entrevista
1) Phone Screening with HR - Asking questions about your background etc
2) Onsite Technical Screening (1 Hour) - 4 /5 members of the team will ask several questions regarding programming.
Personally out of the companies I interviewed with, this group probably was the least friendliest. Didn't seem too interested in my background, and seemed more like they may have already had this position filled. I agree in a previous interview that its like they already know what they want.
The HR didn't give a heads up on what to expect in the next round, which is usually customary in Technical interviews. This company was also the only company that wouldn't respond the customary thank you messages you send out after an interview, like all 5-6 people didn't respond. Usually some acknowledgement is appreciated. I then followed up with the lead interviewer the following week about the position, and no answer. Then got a standard rejection letter you would get if you applied to a job application online. No tips or anything personal, didn't leave a good impression personally.

This was a panel style interview, with multiple people each asking you their own special questions. Questions like what is the advantage of REST API, What data structure would you use if you had an array of values to find the max value, etc
Then You had a code review where you have to point out what is wrong with the code. You have a choice of Python or typescript.
The fact that you feel this was a disappointing experience is something we deeply regret. We take feedback seriously and work to improve our processes. We respectfully wish you the best in your career search and future endeavors.
