The hiring process was very quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. The recruiter was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the experience feel welcoming from the start. However, the final interview was disappointing. The interviewer came across as very disengaged, with little expression or personality, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and difficult to connect. They didn’t seem to reflect the company culture that had been presented earlier in the process. Additionally, the expectations during the interview felt more aligned with someone who has significant professional experience, rather than an entry-level candidate or recent graduate, which was a bit confusing given the role. Some of the questions and evaluation criteria also felt misaligned with the type of experience typical for candidates at this level. While the initial stages of the process were great, the final interview experience could be improved to better align with the company’s messaging and target candidates.
30 min phone screen followed by 90 min virtual interview with two people, neither of whom were direct supervisors of the position.
Second person ( a director in the company) during the virtual interview was rude and abrasive, very rarely making eye contact or engaging in conversation. The tone of questions was aggressive and unprofessional. Other interviewers were nice. Was told the position paid $50,000 during phone screen, second interviewer said it actually pays $40,000. No salary was listed on job posting. Several "gotcha" style questions about the company that were asked in a more aggressive way than the typical "so what do you know about the company/what we do?" style questions that are prevalent in most interviews.

Entrevista
I applied and received an email requesting a time we can chat about the role. After the screening phone interview I was advised the HR Team would review my interview and let me know in a couple of business days if they wanted to proceed. I received an email that they are no longer considering me.
