      Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Lojas Renner

      At that time, it was one of the best interviews I had in life. So I had in my mind at start. I was interesting for the opportunity for a big company with so many prizes as being a "good company to work". (I discovered with my eyes that is paid promotion). And I got to talk with the manager, someone with a long time professional story and we went fast to talk about experiences and how many deep works are and was a kind of dreams place to work. Really, not a newbie talk, but I was talking with someone who show to be skilled about real software development, teams, resources and even (I was glad) about advanced research and results to improve quality and creativity. Really, one of the best interviews I had. So I got hired. And cheated. Result: In less than three days I was completely sorry. I looked before for how people watching, but even so, I felt cheated. In less than three days I was totally regretful. That was a cheat. What was talked in the interview, and the few I observed, in no ways corresponded to what the company really is. So my overall experience is: I was cheated because I trusted in a long time professional ready to do anything to keep his job.

      No difficult question as I was talking with another long time professional. But I discover this was used to catch my interest for the company. I forgot some people, even long time skilled, do anything to get their results.
