I applied directly through the website after hearing great reviews from employees. The office coordinator contacted me almost immediately (one or two days) after I applied. She gave me a very in depth and realistic description of the job over the phone. We did a preliminary phone interview which took about ten minutes, and she then set me up for an in-person interview. Just follow basic interview process procedures..dress nice, arrive early, and know something about the company. They actually do research about you and really look at your resume so make sure it's of quality--that goes for your online presence too such as LinkedIn! I interviewed with the upper management of the office (both the GM and the office coordinator). They were both wearing company branded t-shirts which made me feel more comfortable and less nervous about the interview. They tell you the realistic expectations of the job, as well as pay structure, right off the bat and ask questions to get to know you as a person. The interview feels more like a friendly, but professional conversation so be yourself-- know your skills and hobbies! If I remember correctly, the in-person interview took about 30-45 minutes. I was very pleased with the hiring process as a whole and it really felt like the "gold standard" for how all respectable companies should go about hiring.
