Coding test was easy to medium , interview was logical. Then the final managerial round happened in which the manager hardly asked any technical questions. After 1 week, got an email that they are not proceeding with my candidature without any feedback and got no response even when asked for feedback. HR was kind of unresponsive during the whole process.

Interview process was very smooth even they invited for a face to face round and it was a great discussion. Even it was 2nd round and a kind of techno - managerial round altogether a great interview experience

HR scheduled my all technical interview rounds on same day. I reached out at 11 AM Started first round of technical interview, then said wait some time. Then HR scheduled second round of technical interview, it's completed then another person came and took 3rd technical interview and he took whole interview and said wait for some time. Then another person came and took 4th round of discussion. and he said wait some time. After some he came and said HR is not here she will call you for next step, but no further updates yet.

Entrevista
Appeared for 1st tech discussion that went well. HR confirmed that they will schedule next round shortly and never came back. Neither any clarification on further process. No reply to any of my mails, atleast HR should clearly convey if hiring is frozen or whatsoever. But they simply choose to ignore any conversation with candidates when there is no update or any negative feedback. HR should do their work properly and candidates are open to take negative feedback too. Just not waste anyone's time and effort that has put in attending interview.
