Entrevista
First a phone call to discuss interests and background. Then an onsite interview with general Java, concurrency, and object orientation questions, followed by a few pseudo-coding exercises on a whiteboard.
Everyone is friendly and the office looks nice. Interviewer helped with some of the questions.
