Phone call with recruiter. -> easy. very basic HR type questions. 1:1 with Senior Developer -> technical. interviewer had the questions from one of the interview blog site and asked me the question for 40 min. 1:1 with Project manager -> easy. interviewer ask me to meet at one of coffee place and came 15 min late and didn't even bothered to let me know if on the way or cancelled. When I asked about the project that I will be working she didn't had any answer and looked very frustrated with the current project that she was in. Didn't had enough interest in the interview process. 1:1 with Director -> interviewer came 30 min late Was asked to come in coffee shop and came 30 min late. No respect to other person's time value. Didn't even bothered to apologize for the delay and quickly started sharing the projects they had in hand. Overall the interview process was okay but the people taking interview didn't seem to be right people. Worst experience with director. He should learn to value other people's time too.
