Very nice and easygoing talk. 3 Interviewers and 2 interviews. The first interview is to assess the compatibility and willingness of an employee with the company, basically sets mutual expectation. Then, in-person interview after which decision is made.

A phone screening first with HR. Then followed by an in-person interview with 2 or 3 people from HR to director. People are pretty genuine and authentic, so it's easy to have a conversation without feeling much pressure during the interview process.
