In this interview, candidates are asked about their past experiences, skills, and behaviors to assess how they might handle various situations in the workplace. Questions revolved around teamwork, problem-solving, conflict resolution, leadership, and decision-making. Fairly straight forward, one phone interview then an interview with the hiring manager. Wasn't difficult and they explained the steps and process very clearly and I definitely felt comfortable during the interviews.
