The interview was a general conversation about projects done during undergrad and career interests as well as behavioral questions. They were STAR format type questions. This was for an HPC position so focus was heavy on interest in that topic
Resume screening is a large obstacle, they heavily consider whether you go to events/workshops/webinars and your resume needs to be very polished. One interview after this, which lasts around an hour.

The interview was very easy, there were no technical questions. It mainly consisted of the interviewer asking about my past experience and projects. However, he seemed disinterested and out of it from the start.

Behavioral - overall really easy if you can get an interview. No technical questions what so ever. I recommend just using the Star method and knowing ur resume. Knowing about the company never hurts, they look for people wanting to work in defense
