I applied in November and got a email asking to do a phone interview. The interview was straight forward and it was all based off of my resume. Interviewer was very friendly and was straight to the point. Questions were about what your thought process was for something you mentioned on your resume. They just want to know how you think.
They got back to me in about 2 weeks after the interview.

One thirty-minute behavioral round, panel of three people, each throwing different behavioral questions. These are all common, well-known questions, with no curve balls. Interview may differ based on group, this was ultimately for the operations/manufacturing engineering group.

One interview with hiring manager. Interview only had behavioral questions, and discussions about the experiences listed on my resume. Manager was very friendly, and they described the position, team, and job site for a large part of the interview.
