First a phone call to set-up a phone interview. Phone interview was conversational and asking about my experience. Felt like the "vetting" stage to get a feel for me and my experience. Received a call about a week later to set-up a virtual interview (due to COVID). 2nd interview was a panel and was more about me as a person and my educational background. Interviewers were very nice and conversational.
