El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Lockheed Martin (Dallas, TX) en nov 2009
Entrevista
Completely behavioral based. Interviews were held in two stages, both panel interviews. The first amongst a group of "peers", the second with a group of directors; an HR representative present at both.
The interviews were quick moving, but generally kept a friendly atmosphere. Generic behavioral questions asked.

A first interview with HR and second with the hiring Manager and Director. Beware of the middle managers, less experience in managing people are more task managers. The directors are refined and good leaders.

It was a zoom behavior interview with the manager that I will be directly reporting to. He asked me situational questions and a few things about my resume.
It took about 3 days for them to get back with me with an offer. I received a text message from their hr department and eventually an offer letter in my email.

Quick interview. First one was on campus and then two in person. I was asked mostly behavioral questions and how I would handle situations. I just gave examples for school projects and the team work I did.
