The same day I received an interview request for 2 weeks out.
I attended an interview day with about 45 other candidates in my time slot. We were not all there for the same position. We got a tour and light snacks. Interview didn’t feel too formal, it was more like a conversation. However, other candidates said their interviews were really tough. Great experience overall.

Average interview experience. Friendly interviewers, less conversational than I expected it to be. Hard to gage reaction through screen, but we had some decent off-road conversations. Star method helped out a lot. Make everything into a positive.
