The interview was great in my opinion. For recent graduates, they avoided technical questions and focuses on classes or projects. The interview process was more behavioral with the intent that the interviewee ties in technical experience when answering questions.

What was a time you encountered a problem in a group and how did you overcome it?
Received a prescreening email, asking questions pertaining to the position, I responded to the questions. A few weeks later, received another email tell me I was no longer under consideration.
Phone call, interview, offer. Interview was very easy questions about how you would approach different situations but nothing too specific needed or challenging. As long as you are somewhat prepared with examples of difficult situations you'll be fine.
They described a bit about the role, and then asked standard interview questions, followed by consenting to a background check. nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer was friendly and took a real interest in what I had to say.
