After applying online, I was contacted thru email about 2 weeks later and asked to fill out a forms for a background check. I submitted them and waited about 3 days until I got another email from HR asking for a phone interview on a specific date and time with the Hiring Manager. The interview was actually with a panel of 3 people including the manager/head of the design team and a senior systems engineer.
The panel asked only behavior questions (about 6, lasted 1hr). They want STARS answers so be prepared. Also be prepared with many job related experiences and don't solely talk about school related experiences. The job itself is very customer based and most of the questions they ask will be related to that.
Overall the questions were relatively lax but the undertone was very apparent that the team had a lot of interviewees so far and still had many to go. So don't be surprised if they take no notice to your very interesting story and just act relatively bored like they are just going thru the motion.
