Second Step is Phone interveiw with direct manager.
May be a third interveiw in person, depending on time and where you are located relative to the work site.

Very straightforward. Know what information about the area you are looking to get into, example, HR, BD, etc.
I submitted my application in October, interviewed at the end of November, and received an offer letter in early December. Overall, the interview process was smooth, direct, and very straightforward.

Straightforward, they asks a few questions on who you are and why them. Make sure to have relevant projects you can talk about. Mainly behavioral, the only “technical” thing to know is juts your experience with software like excel or tableau or whatever’s is relevant.
