Applied online through the Lock Chicago website and received an email saying they received it immediately. A few days later received another email to schedule a phone interview. Spoke with one of the founders and then was scheduled for a face-to-face with their team and to tour the Lock Chicago facility. Whole process took about 2-3 weeks very professional and efficient.
